Why are ads not showing on my website?
Blank ad spaces are usually caused by active browser ad blockers (uBlock Origin, Brave Shield) or JavaScript console errors from other plugins. Follow our Common Errors Guide to test in Incognito mode and inspect console errors.
How do I manually run database migrations after updating AdFuz?
If a plugin update misses a schema change, go to WordPress Admin > AdFuz > Tools > Database Tools, switch to the Migrations tab, and click the blue Run button next to your version (e.g. 1.2.9). See the Database Migrations Guide.
How do I insert ad spaces into posts, sidebars, or page builders?
Every ad space generates a unique shortcode formatted as [ad-fuz ad_space_id=“XX”]. You can paste this shortcode into Gutenberg blocks, Elementor/Divi widgets, WordPress sidebar widgets, or hardcode it in PHP templates using echo do_shortcode(‘[ad-fuz ad_space_id=“XX”]’);. How do Global Ads (Popups, Exit Popups, and Background Skins) work?
Global Ads trigger sitewide based on user behavior without requiring shortcodes on every page. You can configure timed popups, exit-intent modals triggered when visitors move to close the window, and full-page wallpaper backgrounds under AdFuz > Global Ads. Explore the Global Ads Guide.
What is the difference between the Live Traffic Monitor and historical stats?
The Live tab streams real-time impression and click telemetry for the current day and last 30 minutes. Historical tabs (Impressions & Clicks, Countries, Browsers, Devices) use indexed daily rollups computed overnight for lightning-fast reporting. Read the Statistics Overview.
How do I seed sample demo data for testing?
Navigate to AdFuz > Tools > Data Seeder and click + Seed Sample Data to generate 30 demo ads, 17 campaigns, and 17 ad spaces. When done testing, you can wipe all demo records with the Delete All button. See the Data Seeder Guide.
