Ad Spaces Overview & Management

An Ad Space represents a specific physical or virtual advertising zone on your WordPress website (e.g., Header Leaderboard, Sidebar Widget, In-Article Rectangle, or Sticky Footer).

To manage your ad placements, navigate to WordPress Admin > AdFuz > Ad Spaces.

Ad Spaces Dashboard Interface

The Ad Spaces dashboard uses a relational parent-child hierarchy to show each placement zone along with its active linked campaigns:

1. Top Controls & Status Counters

  • + Add New Ad Space: Blue primary button to launch the ad space builder.
  • Search Bar: Real-time search across ad space names, shortcodes, and linked campaigns.
  • Status Filter: Filter by All Statuses, Active, In Active, and Draft.
  • Status Counters Bar:
    • Total: 17
    • Active: 17 17
    • In Active: 0 0
    • Draft: 0 0

Each Ad Space card is presented with two interconnected tiers:

Tier 1: Parent Ad Space Information

AD SPACE NAME Testing Banner (ID: #17) Placement title with initials avatar badge
STATUS ● Active Operational state of the placement slot
AD SIZE 400 x 400, 728 x 90 Defined dimensions in pixels (Width × Height)

CREATED Aug 10, 2026 Date of creation
SHORTCODE [ad-fuz ad_space_id="17"] 1-click copy shortcode snippet for post/widget insertion
ACTIONS Edit / Delete Modify placement parameters or remove the zone

Tier 2: Nested “Linked Campaigns” Sub-Table

Located directly underneath each parent ad space row, displaying the active flight campaigns currently competing or rotating within this zone:

LINK STATUS ● Active Connection state between this campaign and this ad space

1-Click Shortcode Deployment

Every registered ad space automatically generates a standardized WordPress shortcode:

  • Simply click the Copy icon next to the shortcode in the dashboard table.
  • Paste it into any WordPress post, page, widget, or page builder (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg).
