Campaigns Overview & Management

A Campaign in AdFuz is the top-level scheduling and grouping container that binds multiple ad creatives to specific flight dates, fallback rules, and ad placements.

To manage campaigns, navigate to WordPress Admin > AdFuz > Campaigns.

The Campaigns manager interface is split into operational controls, status counters, and the campaign registry:

  • + Add New Campaign: Blue button to launch the campaign builder.
  • Search Bar: Real-time filter searching across campaign names, attached ad creatives, and campaign IDs.
  • Status Filter: Filter by All Statuses, Active, Paused, Pending, or Expired.

Provides a live count of all campaign flight states:

  • Total (e.g. 17): Total campaigns configured in your system.
  • Active 13: Campaigns currently within their flight dates and actively rotating ads.
  • Paused 1: Manually suspended campaigns.
  • Pending 0: Pre-scheduled campaigns whose start date is in the future.
  • Expired 3: Completed campaigns whose end date has passed.
