Ads Overview & Management

The Ads Manager in AdFuz is the centralized workspace for creating, previewing, and managing all banner and rich-media ad creatives across your WordPress website.

You can access the ad management dashboard by navigating to WordPress Admin > AdFuz > Ads.

Ads Dashboard Interface

The Ads list screen is organized into several key operational areas:

1. Top Action & Filter Bar

• + Add New Ad: Blue primary button to launch the ad creation builder.
• Search Bar: Real-time keyword filter searching across ad titles, URLs, and creator names.
• Status Filter: Dropdown filter supporting All Statuses, Active, Paused, Pending, and Draft.

2. Status Counter Pills

Displays instant counts across all creative lifecycle states:

• Total (e.g. 30): Total registered creatives in the system.
• Active 30: Creatives currently eligible for rotation and serving.
• Paused 0: Temporarily suspended creatives.
• Pending 0: Creatives awaiting review or scheduled start.
• Draft 0: Incomplete or unpublished creatives.

Ad Table Columns & Attributes

The main table lists every ad with key metadata:

Managing Ad Actions

Editing an Ad

1. In the Actions column on the right, click the blue Edit (Pencil) icon.
2. The ad builder will open pre-filled with the current image, video source, target URL, and settings.
3. Make your modifications and click Update Ad.

Deleting an Ad

1. Click the red Delete (Trash) icon in the Actions column.
2. A confirmation modal will appear:

   “Are you sure you want to delete ‘[Ad Title]’?”

3. Click Confirm (Red button) to permanently delete the ad record, or Cancel to abort.

Cascade Impact

Deleting an ad automatically removes it from any active campaigns or ad space rotations without breaking the ad placement on the frontend.
